- After 1 full year with your employer: 50 days of maternity leave on full pay.
- At least 35 of the 50 days must be after the birth; the rest can be before.
- If you can't return because of an illness linked to the pregnancy or birth (with a medical report), you can take up to 60 more days without pay.
- After you return: 1 hour a day for nursing for 1 year.
